Independence Day drone shows: celebrating Nigeria in light

On 1 October and other national days, cities across Nigeria celebrate. A drone light show can carry the colours, symbols and messages that bring a whole city together.

Ideas

Green and white sweeping across the sky. An eagle. The map of Nigeria. The year of independence and today's date. A message of unity, gratitude or hope.

For states and institutions

State emblems, anniversaries and the names of institutions can all be designed into the show.

A cleaner celebration

A drone show leaves no smoke or debris, which suits public spaces and crowds with children and elders.

Planning

Public events require coordination with authorities, so plan early.
